My wife and I desperately needed prayer cards made in a short period of time due to another company ignoring the date of service that we needed them by.
I spoke with Steve who was more than accomodating. We had a brief conversation and he advised me what we needed in order for iDesign to fulfill our ordered when we needed it. We provided the requested information and 4 hours later, he sent us a quote and price. (I'm not sure of their hours but I believe they contacted us after hours just to get the quote to us so they could start the job) The very next day, they had the cards finished and on time.
