Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! It's in our name!! Whether it's refining an existing piece or coming up with a fresh new logo or design from scratch WE CAN DO IT! Depending on the complexity and project requirements, we will quote your project before we do anything so you're not blinded by hidden costs and fees before even starting your project.
A print-ready PDF with crops and bleed is the preferred file type. These files process successfully for output without further intervention or manipulation on our end. If you're not familiar on how to provide this, please contact us prior to preparing your file for print.
We recommend at least 300 dpi but less than 1200 dpi for optimal print output. It is important that you use images that are natively large - high resolution - so they will not "pixelate" when reproducing. After you sending/uploading your file(s), if any of your images are low-resolution, someone from our pre-press team may notify you of the issue prior to moving forward.
We try our best to catch typos and spelling errors internally on everything we design, but we rely on you to check files carefully prior to printing. Once a proof is approved and in production iDesign is not responsible for any errors. We will not review any supplied documents for spelling or grammatical issues, so please review your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
Turnaround time begins only after an order has been "Approved". Orders are considered "Approved" and are put into production only when the following conditions have been met: An order form has been completely filled out, All files have been correctly submitted, The customer has approved the proof or the hard copy proof (if one was ordered) and has given the go ahead to proceed with production, and Payment information has been provided and accepted. If a hard copy proof is ordered, it must be signed and returned to iDesign. Turnaround time is measured in business days. Saturday, Sunday, and any observed holidays during which we are closed will not be considered production days. Turnaround time (production days) include time for printing and finishing only and does not include shipping transit time. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Jobs submitted and/or approved after 12:00pm EST will be scheduled to start production on the following business day.
