Like all good entrepreneurial stories, our's started out in the spare bedroom of an apartment. The owner, Steve Feuss, was working full-time for another printing company while working towards his dream of one day being able to work for himself. iDesign started out by offering layout and design services, a mobile portrait studio, and print brokering/outsourcing. What started out as a small side-gig would soon turn into much more.

iDesign Studio 800 is renamed to iDesign Creative Services, LLC and moves into our first office space located in Pine Brook, NJ. This setup allowed us to meet with customers in a more professional setting, offer more services, and continue to expand our catalog of available products.

While we fondly remember our first office, we outgrew it faster than anticipated and almost tripled our office space in Hackensack, NJ. We started to bring more production work in-house while continuing to grow our business services and products offered.

This was our most exciting move to date, as this was our first retail storefront. The Wood-Ridge, NJ community accepted us with open arms. With this move we also heavily invested in the business by purchasing new wide-format printers, a digital printing press, bindery machinery, screen printing and embroidery equipment, and other production equipment allowing us to bring about 75-80% of our work in-house over that 5-year period. But our next move would prove to be the most exciting and challenging one yet.

In March 2020, we celebrated the Grand Opening of our new (and current) Hasbrouck Heights, NJ shop. Less than two weeks later, we - like many businesses - were forced to close due to rising health concerns from COVID-19. Luckily, we were quickly given the green light to reopen just a few weeks later as an essential business. Our business has since grown, we've added additional staff, and now produce about 85-90% of our products and services in-house. Newly added products and services include signage, vehicle graphics, various wide-format products, mailing, bindery and more. With two years now behind us in Hasbrouck Heights and fourteen years in business, we're excited to see how our business continues to grow and mature.
